Flat well drained ground, with dolomitic limestone and clay texture. Guyot and Sylvoz styles of pruning with an average density of 4,000 vines/ha.

VINIFICATION TECHNIQUES

Vinification in white, by immediately separating the skins from the must, by soft pressing. Fermented at 15-16°C with selected yeasts for 12-15 days.

TASTING NOTES

A straw yellow wine with a greenish tinge and a bouquet of peach leaves and walnut husks. The flavour is soft, velvety, earthy and vigorous, with a typical overtone of bitter almonds.

BEST SERVED WITH

It goes well with hors d’oeuvres such as ham, melon amd mixed pork salami. Also with “Baccalà mantecato” Venetian style creamed cod and excellent with soups and pasta, in particular if made with seafood. To be served at a temperature of 10-12°C in tulip shaped glasses.

Keep bottles stored in a cool, dry place away from light, where possible horizontally.

TASTING NOTES

This wine is straw yellow and has a fine, elegant bouquet with a distinctive fruity aroma (apple in particular). It tastes dry, fresh and inviting, with a good body and pleasant lingering overtones.

BEST SERVED WITH

Excellent as an aperitif and between meals. Good with appetizers of vegetables or fish, with vegetable risotto and light fish dishes. To be served chilled at a temperature of 10°C in tulip shaped glasses.

A straw yellow wine, with a delicate and aromatic scent reminiscent of yellow pepper, melon and banana. The flavour is elegant, dry and velvety, with pleasant lingering overtones.

BEST SERVED WITH

Excellent with ham, fish starters, pasta dishes with vegetables and main courses of white fish accompanied by light sauces. To be served chilled at a temperature of 8-10°C in tulip shaped glasses.

TASTING NOTES

Intense straw yellow colour, sometimes with hints of gold, releasing the fragrant note of rose and ripe tropical fruits. It has a full flavour that is dry and pleasantly aromatic.

BEST SERVED WITH

It is excellent with seafood, semi-mature cheeses, spicy sausages and pate de fois gras. It is also suitable for oriental cuisine thanks to its spicy taste. To be served at a temperature of 10°C.

This wine is pale yellow with a fine elegant bouquet and a scent of dry hay and walnut kernels. Delicate flavour and good salinity and pleasant lingering overtones with a characteristic nutty finish.

BEST SERVED WITH

Always excellent between meals and goes well with courses made with herbs. It compliments appetizers, soups and egg dishes and goes well with ham and sausages. To be served at a temperature of 10-12°C, in tulip shaped glasses.
