At the winery the meticulous care of the vineyard precedes the careful and modern processing of the grapes.
In deed, Mazzolada’s use of the newest techniques and state of the art equipment, such as the soft squeezing, the controlled temperature during the wine-making and the wine aging in French barrique barrels, guarantee the best conditions for producing high quality wines.
The generosity of the vines combined with the modern equipment assures Mazzolada a production capacity of nearly 1,000,000 bottles per year.

The company has developed its own specific projects for all the phases of processing of the grapes, from mechanical harvesting at night to the different stages of the soft squeezing, decantation and fermentation.
The constant attention to new forms of harvesting and production, which grant the compatibility with eco-farming, makes the quality of the wines a distinct element of the Mazzolada estate.
